Road Trip

Goodbye house!  Off to Utah, Denver, Then Utah again....Can't wait for this summer to begin!

 Just 30 hours in the car is all....

 The first day we got to Morehead, Kentucky around 11pm and stayed at a Holiday Inn and Suites.  Lincoln was asleep when we got there and we put him in his own queen bed.  Early in the morning we heard someone at the door and the door handle rattling.  I woke up super nervous and then we realized it was Lincoln trying to get out.  Poor guy had no idea where we were and the room was so dark.  Once he saw us he was relived and super excited about breakfast and swimming.

 Lincoln was in absolute heaven with the breakfast and then swimming after.  Gotta get the wiggles out somewhere....

He loves to climb up the ladder and then jump into our arms.

 Day 2 we traveled to Kansas City and stayed the night in a Holiday Inn again.  It was a short stay and we woke up early and headed out. 

 On our way there we stopped in Columbia, Mossouri and had dinner at a random restaurant called Firebirds.  It was so yummy!  It was a darling town. 

Love sitting in the back with the boys in the 8 inches available for my hips ha ha.  I love my sleeping boys...

The third day we got to Sidney, Nebraska.  We stayed at a Best Western and it was so fun.  Lincoln was beyond excited to swim again.

Painting Class

My friends Candice, Briana, and I signed up for a painting class and I'm so happy we did!  It was so fun and so relaxing.  We always hang out with each other with our kids so it was fun to do something sans children.

 We went to a studio downtown where you sign up for certain paintings you would like to do and they provide all the materials. 

It was so fun and we can't wait to go back!

Easter Sunday

Easter Sunday was a wonderful day!  We went to church and after we went to the Larsen's for dinner with the Quists, Weirs, and Buchanans.

 Before church we got some great pictures of the boys.  Lincoln is finally learning how to pose for the camera!  He loves taking pictures.

 After church the easter bunny dropped off a basket for Linc.  His favorite was the sidewalk chalk!

 It was an absolutely gorgeous day!

 The boys played frisbee and it got stuck in the tree.  After many unsuccessful attempts Brett finally got it down.

 Charlotte and Lincoln loved the Easter Egg hunt.

Walnut Creek Date Night

For our weekend date night we went to Walnut Creek with friends.  We love it over there!

 Meanwhile Lincoln played at Co-op.

Conference Weekend

Conference Weekend was wonderful and to top it off the weather was absolutely perfect.  

 This is the view from our bedroom porch.  It was a gorgeous weekend. 

 Lincoln loved all the singing at Conference.  Griffin, shamelessly, slept through all of conference.

 After the morning session we headed to Ivy Creek.  It was a great little hike.

 After we went to Smoothie King and Lincoln was in heaven.  I love relaxing, conference filled weekends with my boys.

Spring Day

Today it was beautiful!  We went to the park and enjoyed the beautiful spring weather and the gorgeous blossoms.  Love taking my boys to the park!

 It was really warm so after I took Lincoln to Sweet Frog for some frozen yogurt.  He was in HEAVEN!

 Tonight he went to the Watts house for our Co Op and I love the picture she put on Instagram.  Looks like Linc got cozy on the couch with his buddies, Noah and Addie.
