Griffin-14 Months

Ah!!!  He's growing up and it's killing me.  Isn't he the cutest boy you have ever seen!?!  Besides Lincoln, of course.  This boy keeps us on our toes.  He is so happy, silly, funny, and loves and adores his brother.  He says Uh Oh, Wow, Ball, Bottle (bawl), mama, dada, and NOOO.  He is so funny.  He can crawl up the stairs but not down.  He can walk about 10 steps before he resorts back to crawling.  He loves to hold a whole piece of bread and go at it.  He loves roasted vegetables and turkey.  I love this blue-eyed baby SO much.

DC

Since we were home for spring break, we decided it would be fun to drive up to DC and enjoy the museums and sites for the last time before we head back to the west coast.  It was a beautiful day and I'm so happy that we went.  We parked and walked around the capital and went to Good Stuff Eatery for lunch.  Absolutely delicious...

Next we walked to the National Mall and went to the Air and Space Museum.  Lincoln loved seeing all the airplanes and Griffin loved it too.

So grateful to live in this incredible country!

Roadtrip to Georgia

My darling friend, Briana Weir, lives in Alpharetta, Georgia.  She has been wanting us to come visit with our other friends, Candice Buchanan, so we decided to roadtrip it to her place!  It was a wild 8 hour car ride, even with a flat tire adventure with it, and 4 crazy kids to boot.  It was worth it to see her and her place.  One of the days we were there we went to a fun play place for kids.  My boys loved it.

On Saturday I ventured down to Atlanta with my boys to meet up with Katie and Steven.  We met and got burgers and fries and then went back to their studio apartment in a highrise in Midtown Atlanta.  It was so great to see them!  Lincoln was so excited.

Steven gave Lincoln a small rubix cube, which he loves still and tells me frequently that it's from Uncle Steven...

The kids had lots of fun playing together at Briana's house and we went out for a girls night on Saturday night.  It was a great break from this long, cold winter we have had.  Emmy, Charlotte and Lincoln are so cute together.
