Island Park Annual Vacation

I love going to my parents cabin each year in Island Park, Idaho and this year did not disappoint.  We drove up on Thursday and the boys were so excited!!  We went with my parents, Trevor, Paige and Nick.  

 Our first morning out we went on a small hike by a river and it was beautiful.  The boys loved throwing rocks in the water with Papa.

 Then we went down into town, West Yellowstone.  We went shopping and that's where the boys found these beauties...

 Brett was howling the rest of the trip...especially when they played the game Werewolf.

 We went to the Big Springs cabin and the boys had a blast.

 When we were in Yellowstone, Linc and Griff got parachute men and they had a great time throwing them off the balcony at the cabin with Papa...

 The next day we took on the river!  It was pretty chilly but so beautiful.  Griffin was insane and we worried we would lose him multiple times but thankfully videos on the iphone came to the rescue.

 Such a fabulous year at the cabin!  Can't wait for next year :)

Cherry Hill and Lagoon

This summer has been FILLED with fun days at Lagoon, and one at Cherry Hill.  Lincoln LOVES the rides and I'm still not sure how Griffin feels about them.  Our favorites included: the whales, the teacups, bombora, the jeeps, dinosaur drop, the swings, the train, bumper cars, the ferris wheel and the carousel.  Lincoln was an animal!!  Thank you Grandma Claire and Papa for the fabulous christmas presents!

Sun Valley Mellor Vacation

We went to Sun Valley with Brett's family and it was a blast!  I had never been there before and I was in awe at its beauty.  We stayed at the Sun Valley Lodge in a condo and it was great!  The grounds were perfectly groomed for lots of picture taking. 

 One of the days we went biking through the town and down the trail that comes into the valley.  It was a beautiful ride and Griffin fell asleep.  After we went and enjoyed lunch by a river.

 While the boys were mountain biking, the girls went to the botanical gardens where Nash and Lincoln had fun climbing together.

 Since the boys got to go mountain biking, the girls (and Bob:)) went to breakfast at the Kneadery.  Everything was going great until our breakfast got terminated...

 We also went to the YMCA and went swimming.  It had been raining alot that day so it was a great activity and the boys loved it.

 One of the nights Bob and Claire watched all the kiddos and we went to the bowling alley and played Dance Dance Revolution as a group.  It was so fun!  Then we went and got ice cream at A La Mode.  Delish!!
