Halloween

Lincoln loved Halloween this year.  He was Captain America and was the most handsome one I have ever seen! He had a fun day at school to start off the holiday.

 I wasn't planning on dressing up and then five minutes before we left for Lizi Heaps house he insisted that I dress up as a witch!!  He loved that I was 'MOMMY WITCH!!'

 We went to Lizi's house and had a pizza party and then went trick or treating.  Lincoln got tons of candy and loved it.

Josh and Jessica Come to Denver!

Josh and Jessica called me on Sunday to tell me that they were taking a weekend to come visit us in Denver and I about burst!!  I was SO excited!  We love visitors so much.  We went to the Denver Biscuit Company which was INSANE!!!!  The food was unreal and completely divine.  I got the club biscuit sandwich and I ate it all!

 We also went to VooDoo Doughnuts which was also DELICIOUS!!

 Friday night we went to the Ward Trunk or Treat and Lincoln loved it.  He finally understands the Halloween concept and he adored it.  Griffin also loved it, but only because he got to dress up like the dinosaur.

 Griffin asking Josh over and over again for a " COOKIE!!!!" And he gave in every time and gave him doughnuts or candy.  Needless to say he loved Josh.

 Saturday we drove down to Colorado Springs to see Garden of the Gods.  It was so beautiful and the weather was perfect.  We went on a couple short hikes and enjoyed the views, then we visited the visitors center.

 That night we went to Park Meadows Mall and went to Grimaldi's Pizza and it was delicious!!  Yes, we just ate all weekend!!

Swim Lessons

Lincoln took the Minnow Class at the Parker Recreation Center in September-October.  He LOVED it!!  He had 4 other kids in his class and his teacher was great.  After swim lessons we went to the swim area with slides and lazy river which the boys loved as well, especially since Griffin wanted to jump in the water through all of Lincoln's lessons.

Lincoln's Glasses

Lincoln had an eye appointment so we can assess what to do for his right eye.  He was diagnosed with Intermittent Esotropia and was given a prescription for glasses.  He loves his glasses!  And I have to admit that he looks amazing.

Holly Comes To Denver!

The stars aligned and Holly and Hank came to Denver!!  It was a dream come true and made me so happy.  Hank was such a doll.  In this picture he wanted his napkin on so he wouldn't mess up his jacket.  After picking them up from the airport we went straight to Wahoo Fish Tacos.  

 Holly brought the boys presents and they were SO excited!!

 The next day was Lincoln's school fieldtrip to the Firehouse so we all went!!  It was so great!!

 We shopped, we ate, we decorated, we had a great time!!
