Nana Comes To Visit!

Nana came to town!  We couldn't have been more excited that mom came to Denver!  We had a great time.  The first day for lunch we had to go to True Food and it was delicious!

 Went to Evergreen Lake for ice skating...

 Went to the Rec Center for swimming...

 And went to Wahoo Fish Tacos.  My mom and I also went to Hacienda Colorado and went to the temple together.  It was the perfect trip and I couldn't have been more grateful she came.  She's the greatest!!

January Highlights

January is cold but full of fun and birthdays!  First up, Doctors eye appointments:

 Lincoln still needs to wear glasses, and they doctor says that they can start weining him off the glasses around 8 years old.  Good thing he's so handsome in them!!

Griffin Turns 2!

Oh Griffey, you're 2!!  The best two year old around!!  He's the best and I love him.  On his birthday Griffey was sick so it was a pretty chill day.  A couple days after his birthday we went to the museum to celebrate, but on the actual day we just stayed at home.  

 He LOVED his helicopter!!  

 Griff loves pizza so we ordered that for dinner and he loved it.

 THE CAKE!!  He was ALL about it!!  He loved the singing, loved the candles, and the whole thing.  He's the best!  We love our Griffey, Gribbs, Gribbsington, Griff!  It's the best when we ask him his name and he yells back, "Griffey!!"

Museum Day

I love taking the boys to the museum, they love it!  

 It was such a nice day we enjoyed a picnic in the park afterwards!  Love these boys!

Girls Night

I'm so grateful for the girlfriends I have made here!  We went for a girls night and it was such a blast.  We went to True Food Kitchen to enjoy dinner and then shopping at Cherry Creek Mall.

Lincoln Turns 5!!

Lincoln is 5. I can't believe it!!  He is honestly the sweetest little angel and I love him with all my heart.  For the 15 days before his birthday he counted down each day.  Each morning when he came in to my room he would tell me how many days were left to his birthday.  

 Lincoln woke up and opened presents and decided he wanted to go to the rec center and go swimming.  He was so excited and loved it!!

 For dinner we picked up Brett from the train station and went to chick-fil-a, Lincoln's favorite restaurant.  And who are we kidding, it's Griffin's favorite too!

 Next we went to Toys-R-Us and tried out the bikes.  After lots of different bikes we finally decided on the green bike.  He LOVES it!!  He can't wait to get it out on the road.  He's amazing and we love him so much.  

 Birthday Cake!!  (May or may not have been his favorite part of the day :))  He's just the best!!  We love him with all our hearts.  He is such a light in our family.  He loves memorizing scriptures, loves the park, numbers, letters, sp1.elling, and our family.
