Island Park

We went on our annual trip to the Island Park cabin. Lincoln loved it!

Griffey boy did too...

Our first morning there we went to Mesa Falls. It was so beautiful! I can't believe we had never been there before...

That afternoon we went canoeing...Lincoln loved it so much! He sang "Row your boat, row your boat, row your boat, UP UP!" All day long...

Enjoyed some Dairy Queen in West Yellowstone...

Got some serious tickles from papa...

And played one too many rounds of Scum... :)

Charlie and Boden Richins

Holly and Jansen's sweet boys were born on July 29, 2014. Charlie West and Boden Hal are truly little angels from heaven.

Charlie...

Charlie and Boden were born with lots of health issues. Their hearts have rare diseases that are difficult to treat.

I was able to fly up and see the boys a little less than 2 weeks after they were born. Lucy and Mia had come to my parents house to hang out and I flew them back home.

I was able to hold Charlie which was an amazing experience. He has an amazing spirit about him and so sweet.

Holly and I got Charlie all dressed to help him feel like a real boy :) He looked so darling.

My sister is truly an amazing woman and mother. I can't imagine going through all she is going through and handling it so incredibly well. She has an amazing faith and a trust in God that it will all be okay. Those boys are lucky to have her for a mom.

While I was there, Boden was on ekmo. I wasn't able to hold him but I loved to go into his room and hold his hand. You could feel the spirit so strongly in his room. The day after I left he passed away. I'm so grateful I was able to hold on to his little fingers and be around him. He was truly an amazing little spirit.
