Our favorite lake, Walnut Creek, closes on Labor Day. Which is super unfortunate since we are gone all summer. Right when we got back I made plans for our visits before it's closure.
The first night we went as a family and played on the beach and at the playground.
Griffin swung in a swing for his first time! He loved it...
And on Labor Day I had a playdate with all my friends on the shore. Love this place, it's greenery that envelopes you and it's humidity that hugs you with warmth. Charlottesville will always be a special place in my heart. I'm truly so happy here and have loved every part of living here. Here's to our last year!
